CORE Languages is a national language services company with over a decade of experience in corporate and independent language and intercultural training. We work with leading companies to provide custom, on-site language instruction or intercultural training programs for their affiliates.
The first step in our application process is submitting the form below. Please be as thorough as possible in your application, make sure your resume is up to date, and if possible, attach a cover letter that highlights your skills and teaching methodology.
One of the most important elements of your application is your location: because CORE Languages operates in every continental U.S. state, we maintain a network of instructors across the country whom we contact as work becomes available in a specific geographic area. When we interview for newly opened positions, we always turn to our existing database of applicants first — so we encourage you to submit your application as soon as you are ready to work with us, rather than waiting for a job posting in your area to be listed.
This location-specific approach allows us to create an optimal match for both instructors and students, and means that you will be only be offered work that is within a convenient driving distance of your home or office. Please note that in the event that we do not have an immediate need for instructors in your area, you may not hear from us with an interview offer right away. It could take up to a few weeks for you to be matched with a suitable assignment. If that is the case, don’t be discouraged! Your application is still on file and will remain in our database until you notify us that you are no longer interested in a position.
In fact, many of our top instructors ultimately waited between one week and three months to be interviewed for a teaching position. We strongly encourage you to keep in contact with our team throughout the process. When we get to know you and build a connection with you, it helps us to match you with teaching positions you’ll love — and with long-term opportunities for career development with CORE Languages.
