The following information pertains to cancellation and refund policies and procedures of CORE Languages, Inc. online private and group courses only
It is your responsibility to be familiar with these policies. Unless otherwise specified, this policy applies to all private and group online instructor led courses offered through CORE Languages, Inc. CORE Languages, Inc. reserves the right to change policies and procedures without notification.
Because class space is limited, we cannot offer refunds for your seat once you have registered and paid. If you have registered and not yet made a payment, please note that your space will be held for 48 hours and then removed from our registration list as our classes are on a first come basis. We will attempt to notify you if you are being removed from the class registration list, but will only be able to further hold your space with payment for the course.
Online courses begin the day you register; after this online registration, you will be ineligible for refund in part or in whole. Online courses dropped before the start of the course will not appear on your transcript, if applicable, and refund will not be available.
CORE Languages, Inc. reserves the right to cancel any group course with insufficient enrollment or for reasons beyond our control. A group or private course canceled by CORE Languages results in a full refund of course fees.
Private Class Cancellations
Students taking private/individual lessons may cancel or reschedule a class without being charged by giving 24 hours advance notice. Classes cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled class time will be charged at the full rate for the full duration of that scheduled class.
If you experience technical difficulty connecting with the online session, it is your responsibility to notify a contact immediately, so that we may assist you in reconnecting you to the session. Additional parties, GO TO TRAINING® Technical Support Or SKYPE® support may also be recommended to assist in reconnecting you. CORE Lanugages, Inc. is not responsible for any technical difficulty you may experience and will not be able to offer a refund for any missed classes due to technical difficulty.
CORE Languages, Inc. reserves the right to offer makeup classes and reimbursement toward future courses if technical difficulty arises from our trainer’s side. We will notify class participants of the appropriate resolution if a class’ progress is significantly affected.
If any participants behavior is disruptive to the class, we will kindly ask that participant to exit the current session in progress after 3 warnings have been issued. The participant will be invited back to the class after a written guarantee is provided by participant that disruptive behavior will not continue. If the participant continues to be disruptive in future sessions, they will be removed from the session and removed from current and future courses with no option for refund.
The appeals process is designed to provide customer and students the opportunity to request an exception to a policy that, if enforced, would result in unsatisfactory financial consequences. To be eligible, students must demonstrate that they have experienced unavoidable or extenuating circumstances.
The CORE Team
