How glauben conjugates

All forms are regular on the stem glaub-: glaube, glaubst, glaubt, glauben, glaubt, glauben; Präteritum glaubte; Perfekt ich habe geglaubt. The Konjunktiv II looks like the Präteritum, so "würde glauben" is used where needed. Glauben an + accusative means "to believe in": Ich glaube an dich. In conversation, "Ich glaube" is often shortened to "Ich glaub'", and it is a softer way of giving an opinion than "Ich weiß".
