How saber conjugates

Saber is irregular in several key places. The present yo form is sé, with an accent to separate it from the pronoun se; the rest are regular (sabes, sabe, sabemos, saben). The preterite uses the stem sup-: supe, supo, supieron. The future and conditional drop the e: sabré, sabría. The present subjunctive is sepa, which looks nothing like the infinitive, so memorize sé, supe and sepa first.
