How helfen conjugates

Helfen is strong with e → i in the du and er/sie/es present (du hilfst, er hilft) and the du imperative (hilf!). The past is half and the participle geholfen; compound tenses use haben. The subjunctive II exists as hülfe or hälfe, but both sound old-fashioned, so almost everyone says würde helfen.
