How pleuvoir conjugates
Since pleuvoir is impersonal, you only need one form per tense: il pleut, il pleuvait, il a plu, il pleuvra, il pleuvrait, qu'il pleuve. The ils forms (ils pleuvent, ils pleuvaient) exist only for figurative use with plural subjects like les coups or les commandes. The past participle plu is the same as the participle of plaire, so il a plu can mean 'it rained' or 'he liked it'. There is no imperative.
