How to use ocupar in the future

The future is regular: ocuparé, ocuparás, ocupará, ocuparemos, ocuparán. Use it for announced appointments (La señora Ruiz ocupará la dirección) and for assigning tasks: Yo me ocuparé de eso. It is common in planning documents describing how space or time will be used in a new building or project. In casual speech, the present often replaces the future for promises: Yo me ocupo.
