How to use decir in the future
The future of decir uses the short stem dir-: diré, dirás, dirá, diremos, dirán. Use it for promises ("Te lo diré mañana") and predictions about what someone will say. "¿Qué dirá la gente?" is a classic phrase about worrying what others think. Forms like "deciré" do not exist. In everyday speech, "te voy a decir" is a common alternative for near-future plans.

¿Qué dirá el cliente cuando vea el precio?
What will the client say when he sees the price?
No se lo diremos hasta que firmen.
We won't tell them until they sign.
