How to use decir in the affirmative commands

The tú command of decir is the short form di, which almost always takes pronouns: dime (tell me), dile (tell him), dímelo. Usted uses diga, often heard as "dígame" in shops and offices. Ustedes use digan. Negative commands come from the subjunctive: "No le digas nada." Because the bare form di is rare, expect to see it with attached pronouns.
