How to use poder in the affirmative commands
Poder is rarely used in the imperative, because you cannot really order someone to "be able." The forms exist (puede, pueda, puedan), but they are uncommon. To make a request, use a question in the present or conditional instead: "¿Puedes...?" or "¿Podría...?" The examples here show the natural request forms you will actually use.
