How to use poder in the conditional
The conditional of poder is podría, podrías, podría, podríamos, podrían. It is the standard polite request in Spanish: "¿Podría enviarme la factura?" It also offers suggestions ("Podríamos pedir pizza") and says what would be possible under other conditions. In professional emails, podría is often the most natural choice, and "¿podrías...?" is the friendly tú version for colleagues. The stem podr- is the same as in the future.
