How to use estar in the conditional

The conditional of estar is regular: estaría, estarías, estaría, estaríamos, estarían. Use it for hypotheticals ("Estaría encantado de ayudar") and polite statements. It also expresses a guess about the past: "Estaría cansado" means "He must have been tired." With "si" + past subjunctive, it describes what would be true under other conditions.

I'd be delighted to take part in the project.
