How to use ocupar in the conditional

The conditional is regular: ocuparía, ocuparías, ocuparía, ocuparíamos, ocuparían. Use it for hypotheticals about space and time (Eso ocuparía demasiado tiempo) and for offers: Yo me ocuparía con gusto. In planning, it helps estimate the impact of a proposal before committing to it. It also appears in reported speech and in questions about succession, such as who would take over a role after a retirement or a resignation.
