How parler conjugates
Parler is fully regular: je parle, tu parles, il parle, nous parlons, vous parlez, ils parlent. The singular forms and ils parlent sound identical. The imparfait adds -ais to parl- (je parlais), and the future adds endings to the infinitive (je parlerai). The past participle is parlé (j'ai parlé). The reflexive se parler (to talk to each other) uses être: ils se sont parlé, with no agreement because the pronoun is indirect.
