How giocare conjugates

Giocare is regular except for a spelling rule: to keep the hard c sound, an h is added before e and i. So you get giochi, giochiamo in the present, giocherò and giocherei in the future and conditional, and giochi, giochiamo, giochino in the subjunctive and imperative. Before a and o nothing changes: gioco, gioca, giocano, giocato, giocò. Cercare (cerco, cerchi) and pagare (pago, paghi) follow the same logic.
