How to use leer in the future
The future is regular: leeré, leerás, leerá, leeremos, leerán, again with a double e. Use it for plans and promises (lo leeré esta noche) and for announcements: el juez leerá la sentencia mañana. In conversation, voy a leer is equally common. It can also express a guess: ¿leerá mis mensajes? means 'I wonder if he reads my messages'.

Lo leeré esta noche y te digo qué pienso.
I'll read it tonight and tell you what I think.
El juez leerá la sentencia el próximo martes.
The judge will read out the ruling next Tuesday.
¿Leerá alguien todos estos comentarios?
I wonder if anyone reads all these comments.
