How to use levantar in the future
The future is regular: levantaré, levantarás, levantará, levantaremos, levantarán. Use it for construction plans and other projects (Levantarán un hospital nuevo) and for promises: Mañana me levantaré temprano. It is also common in formal announcements about lifting restrictions: Se levantará la prohibición en marzo. In casual speech, voy a levantarme is common for personal plans, but the simple future sounds natural in resolutions and official notices. Like all regular -ar verbs, the endings attach directly to the infinitive.
Examples

Tomorrow I'll get up early to prepare the presentation.
