How to use perder in the affirmative commands

The tú command is pierde and the usted command is pierda, but affirmative commands with perder are rare outside the rude piérdete (get lost). Negative commands are far more useful: no pierdas la esperanza, no pierda su boleto, no pierdan de vista el objetivo. Perdamos works for 'let's lose', mostly in the negative: no perdamos tiempo.

Don't lose your ticket, you'll need it to get out.

Let's not waste any more time and get started.
