How to use perder in the present subjunctive
The present subjunctive keeps the ie in four forms (pierda, pierdas, pierda, pierdan) and returns to e in perdamos. It appears after wishes, fears and advice (ojalá no pierdan el vuelo), after para que, and in the common warning que no se te pierda (don't lose it). It is also the source of negative commands like no pierdas tiempo. In Spain, the vosotros form is perdáis.
