How to use terminar in the present subjunctive

The present subjunctive changes a to e: termine, termines, terminemos, terminen. You need it after cuando and hasta que for future events (cuando termines, avísame), after wishes and requests, and with antes de que. It is very common at work when talking about timelines: no podemos facturar hasta que termine la obra. Since termine looks like terminé without the accent, read carefully.
