How to use caber in the conditional
The conditional uses the same shortened stem: cabría, cabrías, cabría, cabríamos, cabrían. Besides fitting, cabría is common in formal language to suggest a possibility: Cabría preguntarse si..., One might ask whether... It also states hypotheses about space: Ahí cabría una mesa más. In meetings and reports, cabría + infinitive is a polite, formal way to suggest an idea without imposing it.
