How to use decidir in the present
The present is regular: decido, decides, decide, decidimos, deciden. Use it for decisions in the moment and for who usually decides: ¿Quién decide aquí? It also describes a decision being made right now: Hoy decidimos. With the reflexive, No me decido means I can't make up my mind, a very common phrase when choosing between options.

¿Quién decide los horarios en tu departamento?
Who decides the schedules in your department?
El cliente decide si seguimos con el proyecto.
The client decides whether we continue with the project.
