How to use escribir in the future
The future builds on the full infinitive: escribiré, escribirás, escribirá, escribiremos, escribirán. It is common in promises (te escribiré en cuanto llegue) and in formal plans. In conversation, voy a escribir is just as natural. Like all -ir verbs, escribir uses the same future endings as -ar and -er verbs, and the future perfect uses the irregular participle: habré escrito.

Te escribiré en cuanto tenga noticias del banco.
I'll write to you as soon as I hear from the bank.
El equipo de marketing escribirá los textos de la nueva página.
The marketing team will write the copy for the new website.
Algún día escribiré un libro sobre mi pueblo.
Someday I'll write a book about my hometown.
