How recibir conjugates

Recibir is a regular -ir verb with no stem or spelling changes: recibo, recibí, recibía, recibiré, recibido. Like all -ir verbs, it differs from -er verbs only in the nosotros and vosotros forms of the present (recibimos, recibís) and the vosotros command (recibid). Note the b in every form, and that recibimos is the same in the present and the preterite.
