How to use caer in the conditional
The conditional is regular: caería, caerías, caeríamos, caerían. Use it for hypothetical consequences (sin la promoción, las ventas caerían) and to predict how someone would react: creo que le caería mal la noticia. Me caería bien un café means 'I could really use a coffee', a handy everyday idiom. With si and the imperfect subjunctive, it describes unreal situations: si subieran las tasas, caerían las ventas de casas. There is no g and no y in this tense, because the endings attach to the full infinitive caer-.
Examples
Me caería bien un cafecito ahora mismo.
I could really go for a coffee right now.
Sin la promoción, las ventas caerían bastante.
Without the promotion, sales would drop quite a bit.
Creo que a tu mamá le caería muy bien tu novio.
I think your mom would really like your boyfriend.
