How to use conducir in the present
In the present, only the yo form is irregular: conduzco, conduces, conduce, conducimos, conducen. Use it for driving habits (Conduzco al trabajo) and in its broader meaning of leading or hosting: Ella conduce el noticiero. In Mexico and Central America, people usually say manejo instead, so you will hear conduzco most in Spain and in formal contexts.

I don't drive in the city; I prefer the subway.
Ella conduce el noticiero de la noche.
She hosts the evening news.
Este camino conduce directamente al almacén.
This road leads straight to the warehouse.
