How to use dormir in the present subjunctive

The present subjunctive has two changes: o→ue in duerma, duermas, duerma, duerman, and o→u in durmamos and durmáis. Use it after recommendations and wishes, especially in health contexts: Es importante que duerma bien. Que duermas bien is a common way to say sleep well.
