How to use encontrar in the present subjunctive
The present subjunctive of encontrar keeps the stem change except in nosotros: encuentre, encuentres, encuentre, encontremos, encuentren. It appears after wishes ("Ojalá encuentres lo que buscas"), "cuando" with future meaning and in relative clauses about something not yet found: "Busco un lugar donde encuentre paz." The usted command encuentre also comes from this form.

Espero que encontremos un acuerdo esta semana.
I hope we reach an agreement this week.
Ojalá encuentren estacionamiento cerca.
Hopefully they find parking nearby.
