How to use mantener in the future
The future uses the irregular stem mantendr-, just like tener: mantendré, mantendrás, mantendrá, mantendremos, mantendrán. It is common in formal commitments: mantendremos los precios, lo mantendremos informado. Lo mantendremos al tanto is a standard customer-service promise meaning 'we'll keep you posted'. Forms like manteneré are a common learner error. Remember that the future perfect uses the regular participle: habremos mantenido.
