How to use nacer in the present
The yo form is irregular (nazco), but in real life you will almost always use the third person: nace, nacen. The present describes general facts (En primavera nacen muchos animales) and is common in historical narration and in projects that start from something: La idea nace de una necesidad real. To describe a natural talent, Spanish uses the preterite or present perfect instead: Nació para esto, Ha nacido para enseñar. Remember that nacer is active in Spanish, so there is no passive was born construction.
