How to use ofrecer in the present
Only the yo form is irregular in the present: ofrezco, ofreces, ofrece, ofrecemos, ofrecen. Use it to describe what a business or person offers, which is the core of most service descriptions: Ofrecemos envío gratis. Te ofrezco... is also how you make a direct offer to someone. ¿Qué se le ofrece? is a traditional, polite way for shop staff to ask what you need.
