How to use partir in the conditional
The conditional is regular: partiría, partirías, partiríamos, partirían. It is used for hypothetical starting points (yo partiría de los datos del año pasado), for planned departures in reported speech (dijo que partiríamos al amanecer) and for suggestions about splitting things, such as payments. With si and the imperfect subjunctive, it builds unreal conditions: si tuviéramos los permisos, partiríamos mañana. The endings attach to the full infinitive partir-, with no changes, and the forms all carry an accent on the í.
Examples

The captain said we'd set out at dawn.
Si fuera tú, partiría el pago en tres meses.
If I were you, I'd split the payment over three months.
