How to use considerar in the conditional
The conditional is regular: consideraría, considerarías, consideraríamos, considerarían. It is the natural tense for asking about openness to options: ¿considerarías mudarte? It also softens opinions (no lo consideraría un fracaso) and expresses hypothetical judgments. In negotiations, consideraríamos un descuento si... is a cautious way to make an offer. With si and the imperfect subjunctive, it builds unreal conditions: si me pagaran más, consideraría quedarme. It also reports earlier statements: dijo que lo consideraría.
Examples
¿Considerarías mudarte a Monterrey por el trabajo?
Would you consider moving to Monterrey for the job?
Consideraríamos un descuento si el pedido fuera mayor.
We'd consider a discount if the order were larger.
Yo no lo consideraría un fracaso.
I wouldn't call it a failure.
