How to use pagar in the present subjunctive
Every present subjunctive form uses gu: pague, pagues, pague, paguemos, paguen. It appears after hasta que, cuando, para que and requests: Le pido que pague antes del viernes. A very common phrase is que pague quien..., let whoever... pay. These forms are frequent in reminders to clients about overdue invoices.
Examples
Le pedimos que pague antes del día quince.
We ask that you pay before the fifteenth.
Cuando me paguen, te devuelvo el dinero.
When I get paid, I'll give you the money back.
No es justo que paguemos nosotros por su error.
It's not fair that we pay for their mistake.
