How to use repetir in the present
The present has the e→i change in four forms: repito, repites, repite, repiten. Nosotros and vosotros keep the e: repetimos, repetís. For learners, ¿Me lo repites? and ¿Puede repetir? are survival phrases. Repetir also means to have seconds at a meal: ¿Repites? Siempre repito is what someone says about a favorite dish.

Perdón, ¿me lo repites? No te escuché.
Sorry, can you repeat that? I didn't hear you.
Si el paciente repite los síntomas, llamen al médico.
If the patient has the symptoms again, call the doctor.
Esta paella está buenísima; siempre repito.
This paella is delicious; I always go back for seconds.
