How to use venir in the present subjunctive

The present subjunctive of venir comes from vengo: venga, vengas, venga, vengamos, vengan. It appears after requests ("Pídele que venga"), wishes and "cuando." In Spain, "¡Venga!" also means "come on!" or "OK, bye!" "Cuando vengas, avísame" is a common pattern for future visits. The usted command venga comes from here too.
