How to use venir in the conditional
The conditional of venir uses the same stem as the future: vendría, vendrías, vendría, vendríamos, vendrían. It is very useful for invitations ("¿Vendrías con nosotros?") and for saying what would be convenient: "Me vendría bien un descanso" (a break would do me good). It also reports past promises: "Dijo que vendría." The "venir bien" use is extremely common in everyday speech.
