How to use volver in the present subjunctive
The present subjunctive of volver keeps the ue except in nosotros: vuelva, vuelvas, vuelva, volvamos, vuelvan. It appears after "cuando" for future returns, after wishes and in "que no vuelva a pasar" (let it not happen again). The usted command vuelva also comes from this form, as in "Vuelva pronto."
Examples
Cuando vuelvas de vacaciones, hablamos.
When you get back from vacation, we'll talk.
Que no vuelva a pasar, por favor.
Please don't let it happen again.
Ojalá volvamos a trabajar juntos.
I hope we work together again.
