How to use volver in the present
The present of volver changes o to ue except in nosotros: vuelvo, vuelves, vuelve, volvemos, vuelven. Use it for returns ("Vuelvo a las tres") and routines ("Vuelvo a casa en metro"). "Volver a" plus an infinitive means "to do again": "Vuelvo a revisar el archivo." "Ahora vuelvo" is a common way to say "be right back." This "again" use is very frequent and natural.

Ahora vuelvo, no te vayas.
I'll be right back, don't leave.
¿A qué hora vuelves del trabajo?
What time do you get back from work?
Vuelvo a mandar el archivo porque el otro no abre.
I'm sending the file again because the other one won't open.
