How to use comenzar in the present subjunctive
The present subjunctive combines both changes: comience, comiences, comience, comencemos, comiencen. Note the ie in four forms and the c in all of them. Use it after antes de que, cuando and hasta que (antes de que comience la junta), and after wishes and requests. Comencemos also means 'let's begin'. In Spain, the vosotros form is comencéis.
