How to use convertir in the present subjunctive

The present subjunctive has ie in four forms (convierta, conviertas, convierta, conviertan) and i in convirtamos. Use it after wishes and goals (esperamos que se convierta en algo duradero), after para que, and with cuando. Que no se convierta en costumbre means 'don't let it become a habit'. In Spain, the vosotros form is convirtáis, also with i rather than ie, just like convirtamos.

Don't let being late become a habit.
