How to use gustar in the conditional
The conditional gustaría is one of the most useful forms in Spanish: Me gustaría... is the polite way to say I would like, for requests, plans and wishes. It is standard in restaurants, shops, email and interviews: Me gustaría saber más sobre el puesto. ¿Te gustaría...? is how you invite someone. Use gustarían only when the thing liked is plural: Nos gustarían dos habitaciones dobles.
