How to use jugar in the conditional

The conditional has no stem change: jugaría, jugarías, jugaría, jugaríamos, jugarían. Use it for hypotheses (Si tuviera tiempo, jugaría más) and for advice about risk: Yo no jugaría con eso. It is also common in reported speech about matches and line-ups: El entrenador dijo que Ramírez no jugaría. As an invitation, ¿Jugarías un partido conmigo? sounds a bit more polite than ¿Juegas conmigo? The gu spelling is not needed here, because g comes before a.
