How to use parecer in the conditional
The conditional of parecer is regular: parecería, parecerías, parecería, pareceríamos, parecerían. "¿Le parecería bien...?" is a very polite way to propose something, especially in emails: "¿Le parecería bien reunirnos el martes?" It also expresses a cautious impression: "Parecería que hay un error en la factura." Its formal tone makes it a good fit for reports and emails, where you want to point out a problem without sounding too direct.
