How to use traer in the present
In the present, only yo is irregular: traigo. The other forms are regular: traes, trae, traemos, traen. Use it for bringing things toward where you are (te traigo el informe en un momento) and, very often in Latin America, for having something on you: ¿traes cambio? ¿Qué te trae por aquí? is the classic 'what brings you here?'. Le traigo la cuenta is how a waiter offers the check.
Examples
Ahorita le traigo la cuenta.
I'll bring you the check right away.
¿Traes cambio? No tengo para el estacionamiento.
Do you have any change on you? I don't have any for parking.
¿Qué te trae por la oficina tan temprano?
What brings you to the office so early?
